TERRIBLE SERVICE. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Netflorist has provided me with poor and disappointing service for mothers day and fathers day, order *** and ***. My mothers day order was delivered 5days after Mother's day and for fathers day, I placed and order to be delivered on the Friday 19june, which did not happen. When I called they said my order will be delivered on Tuesday the 23June, which is ridicules. Staff at netflorist did not communicate with me, I had to keep calling them up. I finally cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This was the last time ever I used netflorist. The saddest part of this was u did not see my dad for the past 4months and for this to happen in FATHER'S DAY. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Dont fool me with a voucher.
