Terrible service delivery

Hi there,

I purchased 2 gifts and a personalized card for my wife for her birthday and had endless hassles with the service delivery of said gifts.

Firstly, I ordered a “Grow your own Bosai” for my wife along with personalized actual gift card, however upon delivery the card was a generic standard Net-florist card. Further the growing pot it self was not as indicated on the web site however this is not a big deal.

Secondly, I ordered a personalized gown whereby I had to submit the personalized name on the site for the gown, which I did as per the instructions and the following morning received a rather offensive email stating that I did not submit the name and was told that” don’t worry, we have all been there”. NO, we have not all been there as some of us actually pride ourselves on the work we do unlike Net florist. Further more, the personalized wording on the gown is sprayed on and not embroided which was not specified on your site. Should I have known that, I would never have spent R789.90 on the gown but rather bought a normal gown of equal quality and paid a fraction of the price and had it embroided for less than what was paid for gown that was delivered. Further more, upon deliver, the gown was simply stuffed into a box like someone was in a rush to simply get the order out as apposed to folding it nicely and making it presentable. The presentation of the gift and over all experience was shocking for the value.

I post this unpleasant experience with all media platforms in hope to save some people from experiencing the same terrible service delivery.
