Terrible service

I am quite disappointed in the service received from Netflorist. I understand that it is busy day, and you have a number of orders to get through, but I had placed my order yesterday, it has been sitting in your hub, ready for delivery since 8am this morning, how long are those flowers going to last if they have been sitting in your hub for that long ? I have called your call centre twice already and nobody can give me an estimated time as to when my order will be dispatched.

A better system needs to be put into place on days like this.
