Terrible service

My sister was not well, ordered flowers and snacks for the next day delivery. They decided to deliver after 7days. Not only that, they only delivered the snacks. They delivered flowers to a security guard, no communication to anyone, a security guard who didn't know who my sister was, and kept the flowers at the guard house until there was only a card left, as they had withered, which my sister happened to see by chance. Netflorist service is definitely disgusting.
