Terrible service by Netflorist

I ordered a gift for a birthday using the Netflorist same day delivery. My order was placed in time and I was notified via email that my order would be delivered on the day requested. However to my huge disappointment the gift did not reach the person on the day of her birthday and instead i received an email saying that they were unable to find the place and i should call them. As the notice came to me late afternoon I was only able to reach them the next morning and the operator tells me that they will be delivering on that day.

I find this to be disgusting service as i was promised the same day delivery. Second to that, they have delivered to the same address previously so how is it that they could not find it. The address easily picks up on google and is not a hidden little building by any means. Not to mention that the delivery was easily done the next day. I believe that was just an excuse to cover up the fact they were unable to deliver the order on the day as promised. I would like everyone to know that this is the kind of service to be expected from Netflorist and i will not be using them again
