TERRIBLE SERVICE BY NETFLORIST

I bought a gift for a friend through Netflorist on 04 January 2023, and to date the gift has not been delivered to the recipient. I have made several attempts of following up, and no tangible reasons have been given on why the parcel has not been delivered while the money for the parcel has been taken from my account.
