Terrible service

Terrible service - I placed an order on 10 March for delivery on 12 March for a friend's birthday - still no delivery and its 13 March - no interest from Netflorist - tracking the order tells me it is still in production - very quick to take the money, just as quick to disappoint - that's me. Managed to speak to someone - just no urgency - non-committal and blasé! Order No: ***. Rather send a package through SAPO - probably safer!
