Terrible service , AVOID

This company is terrible. Avoid at all cost. Do not place any orders with them. Ordered a gift package for a friends birthday. Day goes by and no delivery. Their phone numbers don’t ring, whatsapp calls do not connect and message are scarcely attended. The same robotic answer when you contact them. How do you completely miss the whole concept of your business? Never using them again
