Terrible service and zero feedback

Ordered a gift for father's day, order was delivered incomplete and wrong based on the item description on the website. Immediately called it to attention for correction and spoke to Tidimalo and sent her pictures as requested on email and got no response. I then called again and spoke to Lebohang who said it would be corrected and still to no avail. I called on Saturday numerous times regarding the order and spoke to Rethabile who changed the delivery address and said a new box would be delivered in exchange for the incorrect box that was delivered on the Friday the 18th of June. I waited the entire day ( Saturday, 19th June) for the delivery for it to arrive still incorrect at 18:25 only to be told wine cannot be delivered due to the alcohol ban yet it was delivered on Friday which also falls in conjunction with the weekend and transportation of alcohol being prohibited. I called on Monday 21 June only to have the call cut on me and still no response to any emails i have sent. I expect my account to be credited with immediately as this is absolutely ridiculous and not how paying customers should be treated and special occasions ruined.
