terrible service and quality of product

i ordered the \Hello Handsome cup and chocolates"on December 15th.<br> when my boyfriend put the cup for washing after only one wash all the print came off. this was rather disturbing as i was willing to pay R320 for this.<br> then when i ask them to collect it and refund they take longer than a month to do so. VERY ****ED OFF.<br> then when i phone to find out why i haven't been refunded the lady tells me that person that was working on it had \""FORGOTTEN\"" to put the refund through. <br> then they say that i must wait 1 week. i do that and didn't get anything yet.<br> really annoyed with the disgusting service."""
