Terrible service and product from Netflorist

I actually do not even want to give 1 star. Today is me and my sister's 50 birthday. She lives in Gauteng and I stay in Natal. I wanted to do something for her and placed a order by netflorist. I ordered a lavender potplant as this is her favorite. She phoned me to say thank you and told me how unprofessional they delivered the plant and happy birthday balloon. They gave the plant and before she left said o wait there should be a baloon with it. That they found in the back of vehicle. She sent me a photo of the plant. It looks pathetic. Looking at how it was advertised and what she got!!!! Terrible!!!! I made contact on netflorist whatsapp page. Yet dealing with someone with attitude. I reminded the person I am the client. They gave me a R100 on credit. Yet I said go get the plant and rather give me a refund. Then the person on WhatsApp said it will cost me money. Sorry but what was supposed to be such a big gift to my sis on our 50th birthday turned out to be such a disappointment. Sies Netflorist!!!
