TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY!!

I ordered my gift on the 11/02/2019 and delivery was scheduled for 12/02/2019 - delivery NEVER HAPPENED! its the 13/02/2019 and still no delivery!! this is the worst! embarrassing service EVER! How can you not deliver on your scheduled times?? I have a great personalized gift I want to give my bf and now I cant!!! Because of Netflorist!! You guys are the worst!! I cant even get hold f anyone on the call centre because the line just goes dead with ringing.
