Terrible service and incorrect goods been delivered

I ordered an "elegant mixed roses in white craft paper" and a 50th balloon for my aunts birthday. The roses get delivered which look cheap and not worth the money i spent on it. Hardly any roses and more cheap leaves were in the arrangement and to top it all off the balloon was not delivered. After 3 hours later a balloon saying "i love you" is delivered. A special birthday spoilt by the wrong order and poor service. Will not be using this site ever again. Yourl make nothing special but ruin an occasion and waste peoples money in the process.
