Terrible service

Terrible service. I placed an order early on Friday morning for delivery to a business address and the order only got there at 18h00 the driver didn't even call the recipient to let them know they coming or if they can hand the order to anyone else. Ultimately the gift was stuck in an office for the whole weekend.
