Terrible Service

On the 26th January 2021 I order birthday flowers and a balloon to be delivered on the 27th January 2021. The driver arrived late in the afternoon on the 27th and my package wasn't there. We tried calling the office so that the package would be delivered the same day but I was told the delivery will only happen the following day 28 January. As I'm writing this is 28 January 11:13 AM and there is still no delivery. My wife's birthday was ruined by this companies' poor service.

I am not using Netflorist ever again and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
