Terrible service

Terrible service. I would NEVER use them to send someone a gift.

First of all, they are way overpriced for a ****ty service. I was supposed to receive a “surprise”. Even got send a msg please be home to collect. Well its 4 days later still NOTHING! I even sent an email to customer care. They rep**** days after only and promised an expedited delivery on Monday with a nice template saying “sorry for the inconvenience”. Haha still waiting. But the surprise factor has been spoiled so whats the use hey?

This is actually the second time in one month, gifts send from 2 different people where it arrived a few days after only. WHATS THE USE THEN???
