Terrible service

On Friday the 28th I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday, it was done early in the morning. only to find out the flowers was never delivered, im not impressed with this as her Birthday was on Friday, i want a full refund it doesn't make sense delivering flowers today as her birthday was already Friday and i had to make another plan as i already had egg all over my face because of your pathetic service.
