Terrible Service

Netflorist this is the first time i have experienced such service from you. Your call center has no empathy . I ordered this gift as i need it tomorrow. Today i get a message around 8 saying the driver has other parcels to deliver than will deliver mine. I went into a meeting. I could not take the call past 9. I work in a cooperate building .Now the nerve of your call center staff to be so cold. This business is there to cater for special occasions.

Your staff is telling me theres nothing she can do to ensure the guft can please be delivered before tomorrow.
