Terrible service

Yesterday I had ordered flowers for the first time from Netflorist and if this is the service they provide it will be the last time! After I placed my order I called in to confirm what time more or less the driver will be there. I was guaranteed it would be between 16:00 and 17:00 which was great as I was going out at 17:00. So at 16:30 when no one had arrived I called in again and spoke to a different person, she put me on hold while called the driver, I was told that he would 100% be there before 17:00 so I waited. Eventually at 17:25 ( I ran late for my other appointment waiting for the driver) he had still not arrived so I left. I get an email at 18:00 that the flowers were left at security. When I eventually got home, half the flowers were dead as they were not left in water. This was meant to be a surprise for my wife which was completely ruined by your poor poor service.
