Terrible service

Ordered 2 items for deliver the next day to the same address. Only 1 of the items were delivered. Nelly at the call Centre was very unhelpful. Elizabeth was wonderful. Poor service deliver from netflorist. And it’s not the first time an order was marked delivered but the recipient did not receive it.
