TERRIBLE SERVICE

DISGUSTING SERVICE you don't even deserve a 1, by far the worst service i have experienced with an online purchases, my order was suppose to be delivered on the 8th December 2021,it didn't happen, then they said the 15th December 2021,it's still didn't happen no communication what so ever, l had to contact them to find out what's happening they said today 17 December 2021,still the order didn't arrive and no one bothered to call me to inform me as to what's going on, what's causing the delay ans when can I expert my order. This defeats the whole purpose because it was suppose to be a gift, why do you take more orders if you can not deliver them on time, Iam extremely disgusted and disappointed I will definitely not use your services again or recommend your company. Your lack of communication and bad service is disgusting really you do not value your clients, I've been very patient till this point and the fact that I have to follow up all the time makes me extremely mad, at this point i wonder if i will even receive that order nxa
