terrible service!

Claim same day delivery.... Phoned for delivery on Friday at 10am. Got an email saying that flowers were delivered to my special persons work at 18:30? Unlikely cause it all closes up at 17:00. Poor to say the least. Doubt I'll be using this service again especially when you pay a mint for nothing!
