Terrible service!

I had placed an order for a bouquet of roses to surprise my partner at work with. I placed the order around 10 in the morning, and followed up 3 times throughout the day to try get a confirmation as to what time might be possible for the delivery. As they state they can't guarantee a delivery time, the consultant names Melissa informed me the latest delivery time should be 15:00pm. I then explained my partner finishes work at 14.00 and leaves the office to then head home and would it possible for them to organise to get it to her before then? They said they would try their best and the latest would be 15:00pm. My partner ended up leaving work at 14:30, and I called to follow up with regards to the order at 16:10 only to be told the driver has STILL not delivered the roses and is still driving around.
