Terrible service

I placed an order on Tuesday and requested for delivery on Thursday, 18 June 2020. To my despair, the item was not delivered yesterday. When I contacted your company I was advised that the item has not been picked up by RAM and would only be delivered on Monday.

Please note that this item was ordered specifically for my mother-in-law for her anniversary as my father-in-law passed away last year. It therefore has sentimental value.

If there was a delay in the delivery of the item I should have been notified. Furthermore if an item cannot be delivered timeously this should be communicated at the time of purchase - as per your agent RAM takes a day or two to pick the item up. Had I been told this I would not have purchased the item.

I also ordered an item last week for delivery for his mother's birthday. This item was delivered at 18:32. How can it be delivered so late, especially one for a special occasion.

The service received by your company is highly disappointing. Once my item is delivered I will not use your services again.

People should be made aware of the terrible service offered by your company.
