Terrible service!!!

I ordered 2 items as an anniversary gift. I placed the order over a week in advance for delivery a day before the occasion. Late that evening they delivered 1 item but also not the correct item. Contact support and the next day they advised that the other item is no longer available and they will exchange the incorrect item the following day.

Ruined the gift and the next day they only collect the incorrect item at 7pm that night.

This service is the worst ever!
