Terrible Service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi There,

I have placed order *** this morning at 7:22am and I can see that it went out for delivery at 11:22am. It is now 16:27pm and my wife has now left the office and she will not take receipt of her order that was meant for Valentines Day.

Can you cancel this order with IMMEDIATE EFFECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the last time that I will be using your service as I have had the same problem on my last order with you guys.

Too top it all off it took me 2 hour before a could get through to anyone and I managed to get hold someone by the name of Neli and she advised that unfortunately the time for deliveries is between 12am to 5pm. I think this is just pathetic.
