Terrible Service!

I placed an order on the 29th of June, order was confirmed for delivery for the following day of the 30th, however, no order of mine was delivered and yet they say they provide a Same-day delivery service. I was told that the driver was going to contact me as soon as he is about to deliver, however, the entire day went by without a single phone call. I had to phone late in the afternoon around 4pm to check how far the driver as I had not received any phone calls from anyone. Consultant advised that it should be delivered by 5pm the latest. Around 5pm, I only received an email saying "Sorry we were unable to deliver your gift." So much for a same day service :(

I then phoned the next morning to request that this gift be prioritized as an URGENT delivery since they failed to deliver the previous day. One consultant promised that this was prioritized for delivery by atleast 12noon. It's after 1pm in the afternoon and still nothing. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I am never making use of your service ever again. It's so pointless to try and order a birthday gift for someone, only for them to receive it a day late. Its's ridiculous!
