TERRIBLE SERVICE

i order valentines flowers. they do not deliver on the date as promised. the driver did not make an effort to contact the recipient or myself the person who put the order.<br> <br> the service in the call centre is just as pathetic. i am very disappointed. this is the second time they have failed to deliver. ******* ******* service.<br> <br> i do not recommend their service to anyone unless disappointment is an expectation.
