TERRIBLE SERVICE

I'm so disappointed, ordered roses and chocolates for my wife with a card it was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 5pm, my wife left work at 17.15pm the delivery was made at 17.49pm at the security gate mind you i ordered a bouquet that did not come in a vase. Long story short there was no card, so they didn't know who the delivery was for the rose petals already started turning a different color, I tried calling the company I've not been assisted, i have sent an email, i spent R579.00 For such poor service and old roses i could've have just taken her for dinner and avoid this drama, i guess we learn along the way.
