Terrible service

I ordered 2 items on 1 order for my parents-in-law to be delivered on 21 December as Christmas gifts. One item was delivered on 10 December. 11 days earlier than requested!!! When I phoned and queried this, I was told that this is an outlying area and they cannot quarantee the delivery date. Nowhere was there mention of this and they also change extra if this is an outlying area. I also asked why the goods were not delivered together, I was told this one was ready and thus was sent, so why could they just not have waited for the other item to be ready, so they could be delivered together on a date closer to the 21st at least, if then not on the 21st. I was also promised a supervisor will phone me back so we can resolve this, but no call as yet. So disappointing
