Terrible service

1.Not 1 rose in my bouquet is fresh every single rose has brown damaged petals.( Whats up with such tiny roses this year) 2. The water in the clear vase is dis coloured with brown muk at the bottom. 3. Your driver ruined the surprise for me because he got lost and needed directions to me.

I have seen happier days with you guys and this was a real sad 1.
