Terrible service

Failed delivery of a birthday suprise! Surprise is ruined due to non-delivery at all at 10.30 yesterday they said it was out for delivery. No response from customer service team. I have called and emailed so many times. Just zero confirmation or commitment from their side. Promises made on the phone are not kept. I will never use netflorist again this is the 3rd disappointment in the last month.
