Terrible service

<p>Made an order thinking it was going to be delivered to the right person because you have to include those details and to my shock and horror it was delivered to the incorrect person. When phoning netflorist I just get out on hold for 10 min and no answer.. </p> <p> </p> <p>what is is going to happen to my order? </p>
