Terrible service

The service I received at Netflorist is the most terrible service I have ever received. I placed an order to be delivered on the 26th of September 2020. The parcel was supposed to be delivered at 09:00, I called in at 09:20 and spoke to Karabo and he said that the driver is running late and that I should wait for 40 minutes. I did that and he still didn't come. I called back at 11:00 and spoke to Karabo again who said that the driver had made other deliveries and skipped mine but I was actually first on the list but he rerouted but he is on his way to me. I waited and called back at 11:40 and I was promised a call back as they were struggling to get a hold of the driver. Krabo called me back and said that the driver had gone back to them with my order because he wasn't sure of my address when it is very clear on the order. The options that Krabo was giving me was only beneficial to them as I couldn't speak to a manager because there was not one on a saturday and I couldn't fetch the parcel myself because that option was not allowed apparently. He then gave me an option to deliver my parcel at home, I finally agreed and gave him my address and he told me to hold but he then hang up on me and I was not able to call them back as they had closed when he hang up on me. The service from the netflorist is appalling. Sies
