Terrible Service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Netflorist. I placed an order today that was supposed to be delivered on the same day. Instead, I received a notification saying that my order has been delivered, whereas I have not received it. I called customer care, and they said the driver made a mistake. I sent an email, and my ticket was marked as resolved, but the matter has not been resolved since I have not received my order. This is not the first time something like this has happened.
