Terrible Service

<p>In Summary, I placed an order and the order was delivered a day late, the delivery man was rude, the item delivered looked terrible . Subsequently, i called into Netflorist, emailed photos and spoke to a handful of consultants and everyones made promises but nothing has gotten done, ive collectively spent more than 1hour on the phone since the 26th of October and see no results, all im asked to do is wait on the phone or they make empty promises . I can provide call recordings as well as photos(i have already mailed Leonie ant Netflorist but have received no response, return call and have been told shes not around , everytime i call to follow up)</p>
