Terrible Service

<p>Very unimpressed with the service from NetFlorist! Placed an order of flowers on Saturday morning for a friend in hospital, for same day delivery. It wasn't delivered. I phoned this morning only for them to tell me the florist has closed down in the town the hospital is in. (Worcester). Even though when I filled out the purchase form, Worcester came up on the approved list. The person on the phoned claimed I was sent an email to the fact (which I wasn't!) No communication was sent to me; no notification. She is being discharged today so no time to make other plans! I'm still awaiting my refund! Unacceptable service! Stay away from Netflorist!</p>
