Terrible service

<p>I have phoned several times to speak to a consultant to find out where my order is - this morning a lady confirmed that it will go out on delivery no later than 12h:00. Just spoke to an *********** lady that informed me that the order is still not dispatched - most definitely the last time I will do business with them. </p>
