Terrible Service

<p>We ordered for flowers and chocolate to be delivered to my mother today 08/07/2016 at 07h10am.</p> <p>She never got the order, no one called to inform if there was an issue. I demand a sign letter of apology, I want a full investigation done and the report sent to me. I want a full refund paid as the birthday was today.</p> <p>my ref ********** 90</p>
