Terrible service
Hi Hello Peter<br> <br> I ordered a gift box which consist of biltong and lindt *****, from Netflorist yesterday. They delivered on time however when the person received my 'what's supposed to be a great surprise', they were extremely disappointed. The biltong was unediable and disgustingly fatty. The pieces of biltong looked like dog treats!! The brand of the biltong is \ Takkies\".<br> <br> When I called Netflorist today the service was so unprofessional. I called three times and each time I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. I requested to speak to a line manager but apparently there was none available.<br> <br> As Netflorist is one of South Africa's biggest online flower and gift company I expected much better service.
