Terrible quality, flowers arrived dying!!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers I ordered!! I spent a fortune as it was my great granny’s 100th birthday and the flowers arrived sad and droopy and two days later they were all dying. My granny even went as far as trimming them down to try save them but sadly they were to far gone.
