Terrible "one day" service

<p>Ordered a gift for my husband at 8:30am - come 5pm and it still wasn't delivered. Called the call centre to find out why it wasn't delivered and was told they would call the driver and contact me back - no call back, so I contacted them back and was told they are sorry they can't get hold of the driver! And the gift has still not been delivered at 5:30!!!</p> <p>What a waste of time this same day delivery promise is!!</p>
