TERRIBLE! NO CONTACT - NO DELIVERY

This is terrible. I ordered a notebook that had the delivery option for 15 Feb. I even based my choice of which book around the delivery date. Had i wanted the book delivered later... i could have chosen a more suitable book option. I phoned them on the 15th twice - no one picks up for 8minutes! and i sent two emails - and have received no response! They have deducted the money but NOTHING - NO CONTACT FROM THEM - THEY DONT PICK UP THEIR PHONES AND NO DELIVERY! I dont think i will ever advise anyone to order from them!
