TERRIBLE NETFLORIST

I am very unhappy with the service i received from netflorist I ordered flowers for delivery(asked them to deliver before 4:30 it is almost 5:00, still no feedback I then called to cancel only to hear that they will charge me 60% handling fee because they are late

Disgusting service ,i would not recommend anyone to use them
