Terrible looking Lowers

The order for roses that I made to my wife for Valentine's day was not what I expected. The leaves on the stems were dry and 3 roses in the bunch were broken. The bunch looked like it was worth less than R50, my wife was really disappointed compared to the flowers I usually send her. I tried contacting Netflorist a number of times early the next day but it was to no avail. I also sent a few e-mails and there was no response or feedback. I really did not expect this kind of service from Netflorist.
