Terrible first time experience

I've placed an order on the 25/06/2020,it was supposed to be a same day delivery as it was a very special anniversary gift.I've marked that the delivery adress was a business adress, @ 17:00 it was still not delivered, I then had to reschedule the delivery to the next day early the morning. We have only received the gift @ 14:00 the next day on the 26/06/2020.When we had opened the gift the gift cards that I ordered was completely wrong and a total disaster. I then emailed *** and no reply as yet, I also attached pictures on my email of the damaged and wrong card. I'm very dissapointed and will not be using them again
