Terrible experience

I had placed my order on the 24/03/25 and had set a delivery date of 30/03/25. This was an anniversary gift. Being a Sunday, their delivery times are between 9am-2pm. Not telling my partner about this surprise ,the entire day had went by and the gift was only delivered by 4:45pm. This was highly disappointing as they ruined this special day and they also went against their own delivery policy. I will not recommend Netflorist to anyone else.
