Terrible experience

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, when arrived, I received this tiny bouquet which was almost three times smaller than the photo on the website. Tried to contact them on WhatsApp and got an AI generated response, sent an email which hasn’t been responded too. Very disappointing, If I wanted a small bouquet I wouldn’t have paid R600.
