Terrible delivery times

I placed an order for delivery for my moms 60th birthday and they failed to deliver on the date they said they would, I had to change delivery addresses and was expecting it to be delivered the next day but it wasn’t. The delivery came 3 days later from the original expected delivery date. I’m so disappointed as I am out of the country and tried to surprise my mother for her 60th but instead had my mom waiting for a delivery after her birthday. Very disappointing, spent almost R1200 for a ruined surprise
