Terrible delivery service

Sooooo disappointed in the service I received. I placed an order on Saturday to be deliver the Monday. My special person had to wait the whole day before she received order…. So much for making someone’s day special when you drop it off as the shop is closing at 5pm. I will NEVER use Netflorist again. YOU ruined my partners day with your inefficiency and you pathetic end of the day delivery. Even my flowers looked like they had been in the sun all day. Such an expensive gift gone to waste because of your poor service.
